PT AA International Indonesia being a Core Partner of the International Assistance Group (IAG), is now expanding its footprint to Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Together, these group of companies will be collectively known as Across Asia Assist (AAA), with PT AA International Indonesia as the headquarter office. AAA was founded with a simple purpose in mind – to bring assistance to the customer’s doorstep, or shall we say it in today’s lingo, to provide assistance at the stroke of a key. Established in 2019, the Malaysia branch office of AAA didn’t start from scratch. The co-founders have over 10+ years of experience in the assistance industry. They started with a passion to serve and a vision to build better services. They saw the opportunity and with the know-how, they aim to achieve seamless efficiency and ensure customized solutions for the customers. Gearing towards being an emergency assistance provider, AAA is responsible to ensure optimum response performance, resource availability and top service quality to its members. With this objective in mind, AAA Malaysia has invested in its own fleet of ground ambulances. AAA Malaysia now has a fleet of 5 ambulances with a team of highly trained paramedics, operating throughout Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore. Through our 24×7 contact centre, AAA provides a range of services such as healthcare services, medical assistance, roadside assistance, second medical opinion, and many more.
