Mutas

Mutas is a “medical-care” contact centre, active in the domain of medical assistance abroad and several local and outreach services in Belgium: personal and social alarm service, allocation of child minders at home, during temporarily illness, non-urgent patient transport from and to hospitals and care centres etc., and permanence for home care services.

As a private, non-profit association, Mutas is managed and financed by 5 of the 6 Belgian Health Insurance Funds (Mutualities).

8,5 million members of the Health Insurance Funds and similar non-profit organisations (e.g. OCMW public services) have access to the different types of assistance. We are therefore the biggest contact centre in Belgium.

Our multilingual team of 80 employees (spoken languages: English, French, Dutch, Spanish, German, Italian, Greek, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian and Polish) stands for professional assistance on a 7 days / 24 hours basis.
