For 30 years, World Travel Protection (WTP) has taken care of corporate and leisure travellers across the globe as a 24-hour emergency assistance and third-party administration (TPA) services specialist. We differentiate ourselves by delivering exceptional care in exceptional circumstances, always.
WTP is part of Cover-More Group, which in 2017 became part of the Zurich Insurance Group. Zurich is one of the world’s leading multi-line insurers, which adds global significance, capacity and opportunity to the World Travel Protection brand.
World Travel Protection’s experienced team of around 200+ full time staff includes case managers, doctors, specialists, nurses, paramedics, counsellors, logistics and security experts who handle over 100,000 assistance cases annually with >1000 medical evacuations / repatriations every year*.
We operate 365 days a year to deliver services seamlessly from our 2 x 24-hour multi-lingual command centres in Toronto & Brisbane that in combination handle more than 1 million inbound and outbound calls and emails for assistance per year. We also provide a range of medical and consulting services directly to corporations, particularly those operating in remote or high-risk locations.
Our clinical and health expertise powers the heart of our operations and is strengthened by a culture of customer service excellence. Most importantly, we know how to assist travellers, whoever and wherever they are. Safe and healthy travel is about more than having medical assistance on hand – it’s also about the preparation, with protection and security services when you need them. Wellbe Co., Ltd (current Wellbe Marketing Japan Co., Ltd.) was founded in Tokyo, Japan in 1992 by Mr Masaru SHIIKAWA. Its first activity was launched in Shanghai, China, with a membership-based medical service, including health check-up for Japanese expatriates. Along with solid demand of Japanese global corporates, Wellbe has extended its medical services throughout Asia ever since. In 2012, Wellbe commenced the provision of its service outside Asia in partnership with global medical assistance corporates. Currently, we support more than 13,000 Japanese member corporates.

Tyrol Air Ambulance (TAA) is a trusted IAG Core Partner for global Air Ambulance missions and selected medical assistance services in the Alpine region. Founded in 1976, TAA is one of the longest established air ambulance companies in the world.
Based at Innsbruck airport in the heart of the Austrian Alps, the deployment range for TAA missions is truly global, thanks to a worldwide partner network established over 40 years in business. With a total fleet of 6 aircraft (1 Cessna Citation, 3 Gulfstream 100, 2 Dornier 328 Turboprop), TAA delivers cost-effective, client-focused solutions for single, double and multiple patient (shared capacity and shuttle) transport missions.
Indeed, TAA is recognized as a pioneer in the field of multiple patient transport, offering all-year-round, cost-efficient air ambulance shuttle services from major holiday destinations such as Spain, Turkey and winter skiing resorts.
TAA operates an EASA certified maintenance center for its own fleet, with the flexibility to perform short, middle and long-haul missions.
TAA’s Medical Team are specialized in a broad range of fields, including intensive care medicine, to ensure the highest standards of medical care for patients. TAA has built an expert network of highly skilled doctors and nurses from the Innsbruck University Hospital. TAA also utilizes a team of renowned psychologists, specializing in crisis prevention and intervention.

SOS International has been a major player on the aid market for more then 30 years now. What once began at the end of the 70s as an initiative of three travel insurers has expanded in the course of time into the renowned organisation that we are today. Whereas we first limited ourselves during the first years to providing medical aid abroad, we meanwhile serve many markets with our wide range of services. Both at home and abroad, from one central location, 7 days a week and around the clock.
Nowadays SOS International stands for aid on a worldwide level. We prove ourselves with a team of around 250 professionals who, in turn, can rely on an excellent international network.
Like a spider in the web, we live up to what our clients promise their clients. We are standing by 24 hours per day for:

In recognizing the greater needs for international emergency medical assistance and in order to provide better and faster aid, Skyvision Assistance Corporation (SAC) was established in 2020. To strengthen the integration of its International Emergency Medical Assistance Services, Skyvision Assistance Corporation maintains 24H Call Center in Taiwan.
