Paris, France, December 1, 2020 - Delivering healthcare management solutions in Vietnam for over 10 years to an international marketplace, we are delighted to appoint Pacific Cross Vietnam as our Core Partner in Vietnam, providing additional coverage in a vibrant market. Furthermore, an aspiring provider to the rapidly growing outbound travel sector.

Part of the regional Pacific Cross group, the Vietnamese operations pivot on their offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi employing over 200 local members of staff across all departments. This ensures an intimate working knowledge of the clinical capabilities and administrative procedures within their network of over 180 hospitals and clinics throughout the country. Outside of that network, to have the necessary understanding of culture and the contacts able to help.

With such an excellent local presence linked into the International Assistance Group, Pacific Cross Vietnam aims to capitalise on the growing Vietnamese outbound travel sector. Outbound travel doubled between 2012 and 2018, hitting 8.6 million international trips*. Post-COVID, that growth is expected to be equally robust.
