With years of experience dealing with cases in Spain from their UK alarm centres, NWVA recently opened a dedicated 24/7 alarm centre in Alicante. It uses an established network of 600 vehicle workshops with recovery capabilities and over 600 specialist tyre providers. With 130 frontline alarm centre staff connected by cloud-based telephony and IT, the multilingual team in Spain will continue to expand to meet growing demand.Â
