Paris, France – 14 Septembre, 2022, We are delighted to welcome Flying Doctors Korea (FDK) as a new Assistance Partner to the International Assistance Group (IAG) and look forward to their contribution as a complete medical assistance provider.

As the country’s largest arranger of air ambulances, with five regional centres employing over 260 people, IAG partners will benefit from their extensive capability, including working with the complexities of ECMO, organ transplantation patients and isolation cases.

In a country where patient care is among the highest globally, FDK’s critical medical network consists of over 30 universities and general hospitals. FDK can place trusted GOPs and engage with clinical and administrative staff while cases are managed efficiently with bespoke reporting produced in-house developed systems. The approach ensures that costs are applied fairly and transparently to foreign visitors and their assistance providers.

Flying Doctors Korea currently serves international assistance companies, global corporates and the government, with subsidiary brands to help travellers, students and expatriates, many embracing multi-media engagements and the opportunity to access the broader range of services provided.

Short and long-range missions feature in their mission portfolio with access to a large variety of aircraft types. Most recently, including a multi-patient airlift from Africa using a Boeing 737.

Established in 2007, FDK and its subsidiary brands offer a solid foundation for the IAG network.
