Healix deploys a ‘nurse led’ service model that enables us to provide an exceptional level of service to our customers, with callers able to
speak directly to a highly experienced critical care nurse whenever required or requested. It is a very personal service managed by
coordinators who act as the ‘patient’s’ dedicated case manager / relationship manager, ensuring empathy and continuity of service. Our
medical teams are supported by a panel of 21 internationally renowned specialist consultants, providing world-class expertise across a
