MD Medicus Holding GmbH is a privately owned company founded in 1994. The holding consists of different companies, almost all of them, specialized in medical, logistical and travel emergency services.

The MDM contracted network of suppliers in Germany includes all public and private hospitals, all clinics as well as all outpatient facilities.
