Paris, France, December 9, 2019 - The International Assistance Group is delighted to have selected Bharti Assist Global as a Core Partner in India following an internationally accredited selection process.
With several established and emerging, assistance businesses to choose from, the selection committee felt that the team at Bharti Assist Global could deliver high-quality assistance services, the breadth of and focus on innovation that is valued by the International Assistance Group.
Bharti Assist Global was formed in 2017 as an independent, forward-thinking organisation to deliver a comprehensive range of medical, travel and roadside assistance services to both inbound and outbound travel markets. Its roots go back as a branch office of the assistance group. Esteemed clients include global quality brands and international medical assistance providers who set the bar for timely, informed and best-in-class service. The group also boasts a number of large corporations among its clients including mobility programs helping large organisations manage risks for their travellers that are now being extended to health and well-being programs accompanied by a specially designed APP. Bharti Assist Global has also partnered with other local services to provide assistance to the elderly wishing to remain independent in their own homes as long as possible.
“We are thrilled that Bharti Assist Global has joined us as a Core Partner, connecting with our global presence, access to our in-depth network information and the unique opportunities for collaboration with our more established partners, networking and knowledge sharing,” stated Louise Heywood, General Manager of the International Assistance Group.
“It’s a great honour and a delight to be part of the International Assistance Group. It’s something that we have been looking forward to. The alliance will allow us to showcase our assistance services to the IAG members, and we are confident in providing high-quality and cost-effectively services”, commented Neeraj Verma, COO of Bharti Assist Global.
