Our 24-hour Emergency Call Centre provides medical advice in addition to arranging medical evacuations throughout Africa & the rest of the world. This international rescue service can mobilise within two hours. Partnering with the International Assistance Group (IAG), and using a global referral system, Netcare 911 offers peace of mind for insured travellers not only in Africa, but the world over.
Netcare 911 has developed an outstanding capability to provide outsourced medical solutions to local and international mining, industrial and commercial clients with the ability to provide the full spectrum of medical solutions from a single platform.
Over the last 14 years, Netcare 911 and the Netcare Group has expanded internationally to the United Kingdom and has grown its service offering to include international air ambulance services, remote-site “turn-key” solutions, formularised clinic services, medical procurement and supply chain solutions both nationally and internationally.
Our most recent project was the upgrade of a remote site clinic in the Province of Tete, Mozambique where we have supplied a full service remote-site clinic capable of X-rays, laboratory assessments, occupational health care, primary health care, emergency services and aeromedical evacuation.
Netcare 911 also supplied on-site medical services, comprising of occupational health care, primary care, emergency medical services and procurement of capital and consumable equipment for the Tati Activox project in Botswana. Services have also been rendered to various other industries in Argentina, Egypt, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Swaziland and Lesotho. These services included on-site emergency medical services, training of medical staff, evacuations for the on-site personnel and temporary medical facilities.
