Assistance Online (AOL), part of the Cover-More Group, provides medical and travel assistance services and third party administration services from sophisticated 24 hour call centre facilities in Shanghai and has an established and extensive network of providers in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau, Taiwan and Mongolia.

Created in 2004 in Singapore, AOL opened call centre facilities in Shanghai in 2005 and established a presence in Hong Kong in 2006.
AOL was acquired by Cover-More Group in 2012 and the combined capacity of both assistance providers will augment the level of available assistance for both inbound and outbound leisure travellers and corporate travellers in China and throughout Asia and the Pacific.

AOL currently provides emergency medical assistance for insurance companies and multinational corporations in Asia and worldwide; a great deal of the work is Europe-based and AOL is expert at challenging repatriations from remote parts of China supported by a large network of providers in mainland China.


Part of Cover-More Group. Cover-More Group’s medical assistance business, CustomerCare, is one of the most respected emergency medical assistance providers in the southern hemisphere. The company manages more than 30,000 medical assistance cases every year with a team of specialists, doctors and registered nurses and sophisticated call centre platforms.
