Our Database

The International Assistance Group database (Globus) was created in 2006 in order to pool the extensive knowledge base held by each International Assistance Group company into one unique, proprietary database which is available exclusively to Partners.

With the query function our Core Partners can find specialist providers anywhere in the world: Medical facilities, Ground ambulances, Air ambulances, as well as technical providers (towing services, taxis, etc...).

We select our providers according to strict criteria agreed by all the partners of the International Assistance Group®. We also recognize providers accredited by international renowned quality commissions such as Joint Commission International, CAMTS, Eurami, Recommendations from embassies.

Our Partners are both users and administrators of the database. They not only consult but also add information to this interactive tool on a minute by minute basis.
