With 80 multilingual employees (speaking English, French, Dutch, Spanish, German, Italian, Greek, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian and Polish) MUTAS handled last year over 21,000 medical cases abroad.
Mrs Annie Ceron, General Manager of MUTAS declared: "Since the first meetings with International Assistance Group we have been seduced by the philosophy of the organisation, the principle of equality, the mutual respect and the peer cooperation between independent emergency services. These enterprises are all well rooted in their land or continent and they can take advantage of their local and regional knowledge to improve the quality and the cost efficiency. The professional contacts with some International Assistance Group Core Partners, among others SOS International (Netherlands), Garantie Assistance (France), Omint (Argentina and Brazil), Remed Assistance (Turkey), reinforced our positive feeling. Very recently we collaborated for the first time with Medicall (Switzerland). We worked together with those colleagues in the framework of a dramatic coach accident that happened some weeks ago. The cooperation with Medicall worked perfectly."
